Well that was a time…
So door to door I ended up walking bit over 4.5 miles. The first 3 were the most absolute drag ass I’ve ever felt. I hit that special place, the 10 pounds that make a serious difference. My stamina is off from living as though I was fresh out of fucks to give the past few weeks. But my actual body felt as though I had a tether or a giant bag of wet sand I was lugging along.
Not Cute.
So I intend on returning to the park in the A.M. I’m a few blocks from a gorgeous park full of paths and people and fancy red birds from the Audubon Preserve. It’s dumb not to explore it.
Many thanks to Veggie Life & Running Beautiful a iPod malfunction almost resulted in me making coffee and watching more Supernatural but the virtual high fives they sent over reminded me that the point of posting was to commit to the action.
I tossed my Daily Mile ticker up over there on the right and I aim to hit 20 park miles by the end of the week.
