Brutal shit. Oh man, I used to do planks with my forearms on the floor, back straight, butt down. And it was a piece of cake. The owner of the gym I used to take toning classes at would always compliment it. But the plank form that apparently EVERYONE ELSE has been doing is like⦠oh my god. -.- 53 seconds. Cool.
I’ve been wondering about the Plank Challenge…any links to a info post/The way people have been doing planks? Forearms is the only way I’ve seen it done.
