Sneaking suspicions…

So with the first bit of snow hitting NYC I’ve started to think about alternatives to my grand walking to jogging (to possibly running plan)…

There is a movement studio opening up in the neighborhood on the 11th that will have Hot Yoga. I do love some Hot Yoga…It’s a good solution to the studio I usually go to being full to the gills with New Years Resolutionists.

But more importantly…Mother (I am Mother) is going to start lifting weights. I’ve wanted to try kettlebell training for a while and I found 2 great studios that I am going to try out.I have a feeling I’d be really good at it.

I have no fear of bulking up or any of that other lifting weight as female stereotypical fear. What’s the worst that can happen? I get too fit and have to pull back? pleeze.
