So I managed 14 miles of walking in addition to the walking I normally do…Being in NYC I typically get in the 10,000 steps or whatever is recommended.

The extra walking has really been a good thing…I notice my sleep is starting to return to something normal and when I’m hungry it’s more exact ie. “I would like a Turkey Sandwich w/Avocado” and not “WHERE IS THE FOOD? I AM HONGRAY”.

I intend on hitting a Weight Watchers meeting tomm. night before a Holiday Party and getting caught up on the new plan before I switch over to just the Online Plan next month..I’m fortunate enough t go to meetings w/ a group of Ladies who I honestly get more from emails w/them than meetings most times…
