a gain but considering I didn’t track the majority of last week and Currently being on the Hunt for Red October, it’s all good.

Thanksgiving was painless once I had a plan. It also helped that my BFF is primarily a healthy eater. There was a post Turkey Brunch as well that was made better by the fact a Vegan was involved (Fun Fact: Whole Foods Vegan Pumpkin Pie = Bomb! It was better than 60% of the regular pie I’ve ever had).

I joined Daily Mile and I’ll be outdoors Walking/Joggling till it’s too cold to bear. Hopefully that won’t be until Mid-January when a Movement Studio that will have Hot Yoga classes moves in two blocks away from me….
